While we aim to get orders out the next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be handcrafted and shipped.

Once shipped, domestic deliveries will arrive via UPS or USPS within 1-5 business days, depending on where you’re located. Orders ship from Redding, California.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You are not required to be present to sign for the delivery of your order.

True Paw Culture is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will likely be processed the following week.

 

We ship to Canada!

Customers are responsible for all import and customs fees imposed by their respective countries, including Duties, Taxes, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax). Please ensure your country allows entry of desired products and check with your local post office if you have questions prior to placing an order. True Paw Culture is not responsible for any customs issues or lost parcels after your order has left the United States.

International shipping times are not guaranteed and could take anywhere from 7-15 business days or longer, based on your local post office processes.
